The following general rates will apply to all applicable services during business hours, which are between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. local, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unless otherwise agreed upon in an individual addendum:
- $145 per hour for technician-level support
- $195 per hour for engineer-level support
- $250 per hour for all training
- $225 per hour for all project management
- $250 per hour for CTO, CISO, CSO, CCO services
- $300 per hour for consulting with our CEO
- $125 per new VoIP phone setup
- $25 per hard drive destruction
- $375 per computer for all new computer setups
- $495 per hour for security or disaster recovery incident response
Notes:
- After-hours work will be billed at 1.5 times the normal rate.

- All onsite work is billed at a minimum of two (2) hours, followed by fifteen (15) minute increments thereafter, unless covered under a Managed Services contract that includes onsite support.
